Beitske Visser. Life and Lady in the Fast Lane

Robin Frijns leads the Formula Renault Euro Cup. Nyck de Vries is the youngest karting world champion. Past weekend Beitske Visser took a dramatic victory in her first motor racing outing at the famous TT Circuit Assen.

Dutch motorsports and racing fans are in for quite a treat in the years to come.

Piloting a 500hp Praga R4, Beitske, the 16-year old from Dronten, endured a drive through penalty to win the 35-lap event over much more experienced and ‘older’ Corvette boys; Roger Grouwels and Rick Abresch.

Beitske began her love affair with speed at the tender age of five; within two years she was racing in the Dutch and Belgian karting championships.

In 2010, competing in the KZ2 category, she won the WSK Master Series, was Vice Champion in WSK Euro Series and finished fourth in the CIK-FIA European Championship.

The same year she joined the Intrepid Driver Programme. After a decade of turning heads in karting world, Miss Visser is now poised to do the same in the world of motor racing.

The future of Dutch motorsport is bright and pretty
