CLARK AND NASIR SCRATCH THEIR HEADS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT’S UP WITH MAD MAX! WE DISH OUT ANOTHER GREAT MOTORSPORTS MONDIAL AND THIS WEEKS SPECIAL INTERVIEW IS WITH UP AND COMING YOUNG RACING DRIVER CAMERON DAS.

Cameron made history in 2016 by winning the first edition of the Formula 4 United States Championship ever organized. He did this in an impressive fashion, taking 9 wins, 10 podiums, and 6 pole positions. Moreover, Cameron won the final 8 races in a row. While focusing on the F4 US Championship, the young driver from Baltimore also raced in selected rounds of the USF2000 series, furthering his race craft.
Any single seater racing driver’s journey starts with karting, but for Cameron things were a bit different. He managed to reign supreme in the F4 US Championship without having ever competed in professional national or international karting races. As a matter of fact, Cameron’s first contact with racing were public indoor rental karts. After winning 2 championships in the 4 pro-league competitions at his local indoor karting facility, Cameron began training and participated in several SCCA amateur and pro series open-wheel races before jumping into the USF2000 and Formula 4 cars.
To achieve his dream of being a great Formula 1 World Champion, Cameron understands that he needs to be at the top of his game.  At 16 years old, very determined and with no hesitation, Cameron made the brave decision to move to England in 2017 to compete in the BRDC British Formula 3 with the legendary team Carlin Motorsport. This highly prestigious championship will test Cameron’s skill and determination against some of the quickest, young drivers in the world; a mandatory step towards reaching the pinnacle of the sport!
